My kids (ages 9 and 12) are obsessed with Harry Potter https://mazerooms.com/fantasy-escape-room/ and Lord of the Rings, so fantasy escape rooms seemed perfect for them. Took them to Maze Rooms to do Magic Kingdom and they were absolutely enchanted! The magical elements, spell-casting puzzles, hidden doors – they felt like they were living in their favorite books. The younger one kept saying "this is real magic!" The staff stayed in character which made it even more immersive. They've already asked to go back for their birthdays. Best family activity for fantasy-loving kids!
